1. Qué se vende
- Informe suelto: una clave de licencia que permite descargar una vez el informe PDF y el Excel completo de un análisis hecho con tus datos en Plantilla o en Clientes, más el kit descargable (plantillas, ejemplos y guías).
- Suscripción mensual: una clave que permite descargar informes ilimitados de los dos productos mientras la suscripción esté activa, más el kit.
El análisis en pantalla es gratuito y no requiere compra.
2. Precio y pago
Los precios se muestran sin IVA. El importe final, con los impuestos que correspondan a tu país, aparece en la página de pago antes de pagar. El pago se hace en Lemon Squeezy, que actúa como vendedor (comerciante registrado): cobra, emite la factura y gestiona los impuestos. Al comprar aceptas también sus condiciones.
3. Entrega
La clave de licencia y el enlace al kit se entregan al momento, en pantalla y por correo electrónico. Para descargar el informe, introduce la clave en la herramienta.
4. Suscripción y cancelación
La suscripción se renueva cada mes de forma automática. Puedes cancelarla cuando quieras desde el enlace de gestión que recibes por correo; la cancelación tiene efecto al final del periodo ya pagado y no se cobran más meses.
5. Desistimiento y devoluciones
Al tratarse de contenido digital que se entrega de inmediato, al comprar aceptas expresamente que la entrega empiece al momento y, por ello, pierdes el derecho de desistimiento (artículo 103.m del Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios). Aun así, si la clave no funciona o el informe no se puede generar por un fallo nuestro, escríbenos a contacto@noetikasolutions.com en los 14 días siguientes a la compra y lo solucionaremos o te devolveremos el importe.
6. Uso de la licencia
La clave es para tu uso o el de tu organización. No está permitido revenderla, compartirla públicamente ni redistribuir el kit.
7. Servicio por encargo
El servicio «Te lo hacemos nosotros» se presupuesta y factura aparte, por correo, según las horas estimadas que se acuerden antes de empezar.
8. Responsabilidad
Los resultados son una ayuda para la gestión y dependen de la calidad de los datos aportados. La responsabilidad de Noetika se limita, como máximo, al importe pagado por el producto.

1. What is sold
- Single report: a licence key to download once the PDF report and full Excel file of an analysis run with your data in Workforce or Customers, plus the downloadable kit (templates, examples and guides).
- Monthly subscription: a key to download unlimited reports from both products while the subscription is active, plus the kit.
The on-screen analysis is free and needs no purchase.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown excluding VAT. The final amount, with the taxes that apply in your country, is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Payment is made on Lemon Squeezy, which acts as seller (merchant of record): it charges, issues the invoice and handles taxes. By buying you also accept its terms.
3. Delivery
The licence key and the kit link are delivered immediately, on screen and by email. To download the report, enter the key in the tool.
4. Subscription and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically every month. You can cancel at any time from the management link you receive by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and no further months are charged.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
As this is digital content delivered immediately, by buying you expressly agree that delivery starts at once and therefore lose the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Even so, if the key does not work or the report cannot be generated because of a fault on our side, write to contacto@noetikasolutions.com within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.
6. Licence use
The key is for you or your organisation. It may not be resold or shared publicly, and the kit may not be redistributed.
7. Done-for-you service
The done-for-you service is quoted and invoiced separately, by email, based on the estimated hours agreed before starting.
8. Liability
Results are a management aid and depend on the quality of the data provided. Noetika’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
